Description

Champagne Brut Millésimé Taittinger is born for 70% from grapes selected in Grand Cru vineyards and 30% from grapes selected in Premier Crus vineyards.

50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir with soft pressing and a long rest on the lees for 5 years in the cellars of the Maison.

The very fine and numerous bubbles of this champagne suggest a complex and intriguing bouquet of aromas, with notes of white flowers and sweeter aromas of ripe citrus and white peach, with a pleasant hint of brioche. Intriguing and fresh on the palate, it is elegant and persistent, with a tantalizing hint of lemon
