Description

The Champagne Brut Reserve Exclusive Magnum signed Nicolas Feuillatte is without doubt representative of the entire appellation.

It is made from 20% Chardonnay grapes, which give finesse and elegance, 40% Pinot Noir, which gives structure and roundness, and 40% Pinot Meunier, which adds a fruity note and agility. Before seeing the light, it is aged on its lees for 3 to 4 years in the quarries of Nicolas Feuillatte.

It has a beautiful intense straw yellow colour with a fine and subtle perlage. The nose is expressive with notes of pear and apricot compote. In the mouth, it is light, fresh and lively.

The refined taste of this champagne favours the company of blue cheeses, smoked salmon or sea bass sashimi.
