Description

Demonge Champagne Brut comes from grapes from the famous Champagne region.

It is made from Pinot Noir, Petit Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place according to the Champenoise Method, by refermentation in the bottle.

This Champagne Brut is characterized by a golden yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with pleasant floral hints, enriched with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is pleasantly silky and balanced.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal as a champagne throughout the meal.
