Champagne Brut Grand Reserve Albert Le Comte
Description
Albert Le Comte's Champagne Brut Grand Reserve comes from vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Champagne.
It is mainly produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place according to the champenoise method, by refermentation in the bottle, with maturation on the lees for 30 months.
Albert Le Comte Champagne Brut Grand Reserve is characterized by a light golden yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a pleasantly fresh bouquet of yellow fruit. On the palate it is refined and delicate, with good minerality.
Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is ideal in combination with appetizers, fish dishes and white meats.
