Description

Champagne Rosé by Fernand Lemaire is a seductive sparkling wine that originates in the terroir of Hautvillers, from only Premier Cru vineyards, in the same homeland as the famous Benedictine monk who invented champagne: Dom Pérignon.

It is made up of 95% Chardonnay grapes and 5% Pinot Noir grapes. At the end of a traditional vinification, this bubbles rests for at least 24 months on its lees.

The appearance is pale pink in color, with salmon shades. Its lively perlage is a prelude to a persuasive bouquet of citrus and red fruit aromas. On the palate it proves fresh and harmonious.

Perfect as an aperitif or in combination with delicious desserts.
