Description

Champagne Léonce d’Albe Brut Special Réserve is an elegant Champagne produced in the Côte des Bar, in the Champagne region. It stands out for a refined and harmonious style, an expression of the Maison’s tradition.

It is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, vinified in stainless steel tanks. The secondary fermentation then takes place in the bottle according to the méthode champenoise.

On the eye it shows an elegant pale gold colour, enlivened by a fine and steady bead. The nose is delicate and elegant, with aromas of pear and white peach accompanied by floral notes of hawthorn, fresh almond and nuts. On the palate it is soft and fresh, round and fruity, supported by a silky texture and a pleasant persistence; the finish is balanced, persistent and elegant.

Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with fish in sauce, roast poultry and light desserts based on white fruit such as pear and pavlova.
