Valle del Limarì Chardonnay DO Casillero del Diablo 2017 Concha y Toro

Concha y Toro's Chardonnay is born in vineyards located in Casablanca, on the Casillero del Diablo estate, in the heart of the Maipo Valley region, known for the production of quality wines.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique before being bottled. Concha y Toro wines are the perfect expression of the extraordinary Chilean wine heritage.

It is characterized by a light lemon yellow color. The nose opens with a fresh and fruity bouquet, with hints of pineapple and peach, enriched with pleasant notes of hazelnut. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and lively, with a balanced body and good structure. The wine has a delicate fruity aftertaste, with a long and dry finish.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and raw fish.
