Description

Kendall Jakcson's Chardonnay is born in vineyards located on hills and mountains of the Californian coast. This extraordinary terroir enjoys particular climatic and geological conditions that give the grapes power and richness, thus developing wines of great prestige and complexity.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. After a cold pressing, the grapes ferment in barrique thus adding complexity to the wine. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for about 5 months.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with elegant tropical hints of pineapple, mango and papaya, enriched with pleasant citrus notes and delicate vanilla aromas. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity, divinely complex and with a balanced body.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
