Description

Château Corton Grancey Grand Cru is a unique and exclusive wine produced by the Domaine Louis Latour in the Burgundy of the Côte de Beaune.

It is a blend of 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested from 4 different vineyards owned by the Domaine Latour, inside the Grand Cru Corton, with an average age of the vines that exceeds 40 years of age. The proportion of the various plots varies from year to year, following the uniqueness of the current vintage. Each vineyard is vinified separately and aged for 10-12 months in wood. Only afterwards, the best barrels are assembled.

Ruby red. The nose discreetly hints at its elegant finesse, with delicate notes of red forest fruit and pleasantly spicy notes. The taste is persuasive, in the velvety imprint of the tannin and in the savory conduction. It takes place with fascinating slowness, in the mouth, letting itself be discovered little by little.

Perfect to accompany a duck breast with red fruits.
