Description
The Chianti Classico Pratale di Coli is born in vineyards located in the Fattoria Pratale, in the heart of the municipality of Tavernelle Val di Pesa.
It is produced 80% with Sangiovese grapes, 10% with Merlot grapes and 10% with Canaiolo grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for about 6 months.
The Pratale is characterized by a lively ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with an intense bouquet, with ethereal hints of blackberries and cherries, enriched with delicate spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate it is velvety, soft and pleasantly warm. The wine has a balanced structure, with a persistent and vanilla aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with dishes with meat sauce and aged cheeses
