Description

Le Corti is an organic Chianti Classico DOCG produced by the Principe Corsini winery in the San Casciano area in Val di Pesa.

From aged vines located at an average altitude of 300 meters above sea level, the grapes to be fermented in steel tanks are obtained. Fermentation lasts 15 days at a temperature of 26 ° C. The wine is then aged for 12 months in concrete tanks.

Of a beautiful intense ruby red, it releases floral hints of iris and notes of cherry, black cherry accompanied by a fine spiciness to the nose. On the palate it is juicy and fresh, with a return of citrus and pomegranate notes finished by pleasant tannins and a medium-long finish of great impact.

Ideal with savory first courses, fresh cold cuts and lasagna.
