Description
The Chianti Classico Casasilia Riserva di Poggio al Sole is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in the heart of the Chianti Classico.
It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, then the wine ages in barrique for 18 months, before being bottled.
It is characterized by a ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with a pleasant fruity bouquet of black cherries, enriched with delicate notes of dried flowers. On the palate it is fruity, with a medium body and with a pleasantly moderate persistence.
Perfect to accompany first courses and grilled meats, it is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
