Description

The Chianti Colli Senesi of Castello Romitorio was born in vineyards located in the heart of the municipality of Montalcino, in the province of Siena.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. The wine ages in barriques for 6 months before being bottled.

This Chianti Colli Senesi is characterized by a lively ruby red color, with garnet reflections. The nose opens with hints of red fruits, enriched with pleasant aromas of black cherry and violet. On the palate it is pleasantly delicate and fruity, with warm and dry tannins. Overall it is a wine of good intensity, versatile and elegant.

Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with dishes based on meat sauce.
