Description

Chardonnay Emiliana is born in vineyards located in the Casablanca Valley, in the heart of Chile. Emiliana cultivates its vineyards in organic farming, with the utmost respect for the territory, without the use of substances harmful to the environment.

The vineyards grow on soils poor in water and mainly composed of sands and clay. After fermentation, the wine ages 3 months for 95% in steel, while the remaining 5% in French oak barrels.

Straw yellow in colour of medium intensity, it has tropical notes of grapefruit, pineapple and a return of wild herbs on the nose. On the palate it is vibrant and balanced, with a rich texture and a very pleasant and persistent finish.

It accompanies dishes of white meats, grilled fish and shellfish.
