The Cognac Grande Champagne VSOP by Gaston de Casteljac is sourced from the Pointou-Charentes region in western France. It is produced from carefully selected natural white wines, according to an artisanal process that involves slow distillation in order to preserve the aromatic component intact. This cognac remains to age for 4 years in oak barrels before being placed on the market.

Golden yellow in colour, Gaston de Casteljac's Cognac Grande Champagne VSOP brings elegant hints of ginger and cinnamon to the nose, enriched with delicate notes of sultanas. On the palate it is pleasantly warm and complex.

This cognac is perfect to sip slowly as a meditation distillate.
