Description

Carminium is Inama's second wine, born following a process of enhancement from the plots adjacent to the one from which the Oratorio di San Lorenzo originates, the cellar's reference label. It is a red made from Carménère grapes with a more immediate but always fine and complex approach.

The grapes grown organically are carefully pressed and vinified in steel at a controlled temperature. Maturation takes place in 20% new barriques for 12 months.

With a dark red color with violet reflections, it is characterized by a wide and varied olfactory bouquet, where spicy and aromatic hints play a leading role accompanied by notes of black fruits. The mouth is intriguing and direct, supported by velvety tannins.

Excellent with a mixed grill or roast pork, it goes well with a platter of cold cuts and aged cheeses.
