Colle Martani Grechetto Grecante by Arnaldo Caprai was born in vineyards located in the Torre di Montefalco in Umbria, from a company that is continuously developing to create wines with great personality and typicality.
It is produced exclusively with Grechetto grapes. The wine ages in steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 3 months, and for a further 3 months in bottle.
Grecante is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of exotic fruit and yellow peach, with hints of freesia and hawthorn. On the palate it is full, fresh and long lasting.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
