Description

The Colli della Toscana Centrale Vena d'Oro of Fattoria Pozzolatico was born in the vineyards of the Vannicelli family, located on the Florentine hills.

It is produced with Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, rigorously harvested by hand. The wine is refined in stainless steel vats before being bottled.

The Golden Vein is a blend that highlights the Tuscan tradition in a new and current guise, with frank and intense hints. Gentle wine, it has a large and pleasant bouquet, with floral notes wrapped in fleshy and fresh citrus hints.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes and risotto.
