Description

The sparkling white wine OX of Costadilà was born in the hills of the upper Treviso area, near Vittorio Veneto, in Veneto. The cellar mainly produces white wines from local grapes, such as Glera, Bianchetta Trevigiana and Verdiso. All sparkling wines are refermented in the bottle.

It is obtained from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are pressed and sent for spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins in the winter months, in steel vats. The refermentation in the bottle takes place with the addition of fresh must of dried grapes.

Appears soft pink. The nose reveals floral and fruity scents. On the palate it is precise and greedy, fine and elegant.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it goes very well with fish-based dishes. A real glou-glou wine.
