Description

Serafini & Vidotto's Pinot Noir comes from the Treviso hill of Montello, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia.

It is a Pinot Noir vinified in purity, the result of a harvest that took place between the end of August and the first days of September. Followed by aging in steel for at least 6 months.

It is characterized by a ruby red colour, bright and transparent. On the nose, the fruity notes of ripe raspberry, blueberry and wild strawberry, together with floral hints of violet and cyclamen, are a prelude to an enveloping and soft mouthfeel, with sweet tannins and a broad, fruity finish.

It is very versatile in pairings, both with braised meats and "scaldito" lamb chops, and with medium-aged goat and pecorino cheeses.
