Description
Nebbiolo Neb is a red wine produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards in Maretta.
The Nebbiolo grapes are harvested by hand before proceeding with a soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine ages for a few months in Allier barrels.
Ruby red in color, it expresses aromas of violets and red fruits on the nose. The sip is medium structured and pleasant to drink.
Ideal for pasta with meat sauce, cold cuts and stewed chops.
