Description

The Collio Friulano di Venica & Venica was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, in the province of Gorizia.

It is produced entirely from Friulano grapes, harvested by hand and left to cold macerate in containers protected from oxygen. Fermentation takes place in steel, after which the wine ages in the same containers for 5 months on its lees, before being bottled.

This Friulano from Venica & Venica has an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with elegant notes of hay and wildflowers, enriched with pleasant hints of thyme and chamomile. It is harmonious and round on the palate, with a slight bitter almond flavor.

Perfect as an aperitif, this wine is ideal in combination with asparagus soup, raw ham and white meats.
