Collio DOC Pinot Nero 2017

An international variety in purity masterfully reinterpreted, Pinot Nero Ronco del Frassino represents all the quality of Friuli, this region so suited for the production of exceptional wines, expressed in the terraced vineyards located on the sides of the well-known hills of the Collio, the "ronchi" , immersed in a wooded landscape with a strong prevalence of ash trees. A pure Pinot Noir obtained from a fermentation with maceration, at a controlled temperature of 20-25 ° C for a period of 8-10 days. Its maturation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12-13 ° C in stainless steel.
