Description

An international variety in purity masterfully reinterpreted, Pinot Nero Ronco del Frassino represents all the quality of Friuli, this region so suited for the production of exceptional wines, expressed in the terraced vineyards located on the sides of the well-known hills of the Collio, the "ronchi" , immersed in a wooded landscape with a strong prevalence of ash trees. Hence the name of the estate. The colorful and allegorical watercolors on the label tell the light moments of everyday and family life.

A pure Pinot Noir obtained from a fermentation with maceration, at a controlled temperature of 20-25 ° C for a period of 8-10 days. Its maturation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12-13 ° C in stainless steel.

It enchants the view with its intense ruby red color, while it offers the nose with its bouquet of ripe cherries and berries. The sip is full, fruity, with a well balanced alcoholicity with the right freshness. Elegant, decisive wine with a well-defined character and personality. Warm and harmonious, it gives the palate moments of jam and berries.

Its splendid organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to amiably marry red meats, roasts and crusted pork, as well as well-seasoned seasonal cheeses.
