Coravin is the innovative pouring system that cannot be missing from the accessories of every self-respecting wine lover. Thanks to Coravin, in fact, it is possible to ration the content of precious or preferred bottles, without losing their quality and without being forced to finish the bottle because it is now open, uncorked.

The Teflon needle of the Coravin system allows you to open a passage inside the cork without damaging it, to pour the desired quantity and then, once removed, to let the cork close naturally and protect the wine as if the bottle had never been opened. The poured liquid content is replaced by an equal amount of argon, an inert gas that does not react with wine and does not alter its taste and which will act as a barrier to oxygen, the main enemy of wine conservation. With each argon capsule it will be possible to serve up to 15 glasses of wine at 150 mL.

Simply place the Coravin clamps around the neck of the bottle, press the lever up quickly to eliminate any amount of residual air, insert the needle by lowering the appropriate handle, tilt the bottle at 45 ° and press and release the lever to pour the wine. Then tilt the bottle backwards when finished. Return the handle up to remove the needle and detach the Coravin from the bottle by pressing on the vices.
