Description
The Azure Rosé of Maison Mirabeau is made with Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grapes.
The grapes grow on calcareous and clayey soils at about 200 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place at night and the grapes undergo a soft pressing with cold stabilization. Fermentation at controlled temperature follows.
Pale pink in color, it has hints of grapefruit, white peach and strawberry on the nose. Wide on the palate, with good acid tension for perfect balance and a consistent finish.
Ideal for unengaged aperitifs but also for raw seafood and shrimp salads.
