Description
This Côtes de Provence Rosé originates from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes from Puget-Ville and Pierrefeu-du-Var, in some of the best microclimates in Provence. Vinification takes place in steel vats with temperature control.
Pale pink and bright, it exposes sensations of ripe grapefruit and lime to the nose which anticipate a fresh and delicate taste but at the same time broad and with an enviable structure.
Appreciated aperitif, it is perfect with appetizers and summer salads, as well as in the company of grilled fish.
