Côtes du Rhône Blanc AOC Selection 2022 Cellier des Princes

The Côtes du Rhône Blanc Sélection of the Cellier des Princes company is a wine from the Rhone Valley made with a blend of Grenache blanc, Clairette, Roussane, Viognier, Marsanne, Bourboulenc grapes.

Expressive representation of the ampelographic variety of the region, the grapes grow on clayey-calcareous soils and are harvested entirely by hand. After selection and de-stemming, the grapes are pressed and fermented at low temperatures in steel. Not subjected to malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness of the fruit, they are left to refine in steel for at least three months before bottling.

The result is a bright straw yellow wine, of great aromatic finesse with particular notes of citrus and white flowers. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, with fresh fruits such as peach and apricot well integrated with aromas of wild herbs. Of good flavor and medium body, it has a rich and persistent finish.

To be paired with white meats and vegetable first courses such as vegetarian lasagna, it can also accompany lake fish and semi-seasoned cheese platters.
