Crémant d'Alsazia 100% Riesling, contrasts in the range of the Domaine de la Ville de Colmar with the Blanc de Blancs to tell a more bewitching and profound Alsace, conceived to reach an apex of delicacy and elegance.

Bubbly with a pale straw yellow color and a subtle and persistent perlage, it opens to the nose on pleasant citrus and mineral notes, with light flavors of honey that are the protagonists of the scene also on the palate. In the mouth it is composed and fascinating.
