Description
From the Loire valley, land of exceptional white berries, this Classic Method of great finesse and territorial flavour.
It is divided into Chenin Blanc for 60% and Chardonnay for 40%. The base wine obtained ages in steel tanks and, at the end of the second fermentation, ages on its lees for at least a year.
The fruity nose opens to a bouquet of citrus and white fruit, against the background of a floral variegation with soft and delicate tones. The taste is characterized by a beautiful flavour and excellent ease of drinking.
Ideal as the protagonist of a fresh aperitif.
