Description
Curtefranca DOC Serse Pavò is the interpretation of Pavò della Curtefranca DOC Rosso, which was created to enhance wines from red grapes in Franciacorta.
Admirable union of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Merlot, aged in barrique and steel, this red manages to enhance the austere structure of the Cabernet, the velvety character of the Merlot and the fruity soul of the Petit Verdot.
Its bright red color, with brilliant ruby violet reflections, promises an intense, fruity and spicy nose, with the vegetal notes characteristic of Cabernet. On the palate it is vinous and fruity, in perfect balance between body and freshness.
An ideal red to share, accompanied by rustic and home cooking.
