Custoza DOC Bianco 2016 Bellora

The Bianco di Custoza comes from vineyards owned by the Bellora family, located in the municipality of Somma-Campagna, in the hamlet of Custoza, in the province of Verona.

Produced with a well-studied assembly of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Friulano and Fernanda grapes, this white wine, after soft pressing, ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C.

Bianco di Custoza di Bellora has a pale straw yellow color. The nose offers a delicate fruity aroma, slightly aromatic. In the mouth it offers a good envelopment, excellent flavor and a bewitching acid component that accompanies towards a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany the aperitif moment, it gives the best with light appetizers and fish dishes.
