Description

Tenuta Pinni's Sauvignon comes from vineyards located in the heart of western Friuli.

It is produced with 100% Sauvignon grapes, harvested in the first ten days of September. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for 20 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in barriques for 12 months and for another 3 months in bottle before being released on the market.

Tenuta Pinni's Sauvignon has a straw yellow color. The nose opens pleasant sensations of fruit, enriched with hints of vanilla. On the palate it proves fresh and pleasant, with small fruity notes that well balance a strong aroma.

Perfect to accompany grilled white meats, it is ideal with fish and vegetables.
