Description
Livon's Aromatic Traminer was born in the vineyards located in the municipality of San Giovanni al Natisone.
It is produced exclusively with Traminer Aromatico grapes, harvested by hand and cold macerated for about 8 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for 5 months and ages in bottle for a further period before being marketed.
This Aromatic Traminer is characterized by a light golden yellow color. The nose opens with an intense aroma, with hints of banana and apricot. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, full and elegant.
Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and seafood.
