Description

The Dinamico wine from the L'Astemia Pentita company is obtained from the highest quality grapes specifically selected for this wine, coming from various hillside vineyards in the Langhe area of Piedmont.

The different varieties that compose it are vinified separately and assembled once the malolactic fermentation is completed. The wine then ages for 5 months in tonneaux before being bottled.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a pleasant vinous and fruity aroma, enriched by floral, wood and leather notes. On the palate it is fleshy and light, with soft tannins and a good acidity that invites drinking.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal when paired with red meats.
