Description
The American Double Rye whiskey from the High West Distillery was born in Utah, in Park City. The High West Distillery was the state's first licensed distillery at the end of American Prohibition.
It is a rye whiskey, a blend of 2 Straight Rye Whiskeys and is aged for 3-7 years.
Dark amber in color with ruby reflections, it contains spicy hints of cinnamon, mint, dark chocolate and eucalyptus. The sip is quite soft and spicy, with a long persistence.
It can be enjoyed neat or in mixology.
