Description
This alcohol-free sparkling wine is made with Chardonnay grapes from the Central Valley in Chile, expressing a perfect balance between freshness and vivacity. Thanks to a careful winemaking process and a delicate removal of alcohol, it preserves the fruity aromas and finesse of the bubbles, offering an elegant and light tasting experience.
After fermentation, the alcohol is removed through an advanced technology that maintains the quality and structure of the wine. Effervescence is obtained by adding carbon dioxide, giving a fine and persistent bubble, perfectly balanced by a pleasant acidity.
On the nose, notes of banana, peach and lime stand out, which are also found on the palate in a fresh and harmonious sip. The lively acidity enhances the lightness of the bubbles, giving a crisp and pleasantly thirst-quenching drink.
