Description

Joco is a precious wine made from pure Pecorino grapes, carefully handpicked and selected. It comes to life from a medium-textured soil that gives the wine a savory and distinctive character. It is vinified and matured in steel.

A beautiful bright straw yellow pleases the eye, while on the nose it offers gentle, delicate aromas with pleasant floral hints that marry a complex fruity bouquet of pineapple, grapefruit, and peach. On the palate, the entry is fresh and balanced, with a pleasantly persistent finish.

This wine is the most suitable to accompany delicate appetizers of sea and land, and will be a pleasant surprise when paired with a risotto with shrimp and lemon.
