Description
Franciacorta Satèn Millesimato di Santus is born in vineyards located in the Brescia municipality of Cellatica, in Lombardy.
It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place according to the Classic Method with refermentation in the bottle and an aging of 30 months on its lees.
Franciacorta Satèn di Santus has an intense straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with pleasant fruity notes of citrus and white fruits. On the palate it follows the sensations perceived by the nose, resulting fresh and balanced.
Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish risotto, this Satèn goes well with cold cuts and cheeses that are not too seasoned.
