Description

The Franciacorta Extra Brut Rosé from Bellavista comes from vineyards located in the heart of DOCG Franciacorta. A rare bottling, it is produced in extremely limited quantities; it represents a refined and elegant cuvée, obtained from a well-balanced blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Vinification follows a rigorous selection of base wines, with over 30 lots assessed each year, some of which mature in small white oak barrels. The aging process takes place for around 38% in pièces and 52% in stainless steel, ensuring a perfect balance between structure and freshness. The lees aging in bottle lasts several years, allowing the wine to develop complexity and depth while retaining remarkable vibrancy.

It is characterized by a pale pink color that, with age, shades into old rose, an exuberant mousse and a very fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it opens with a broad and refined bouquet: small red fruits, rose, pomegranate and white peach mingle with hints of citrus, sweet spices, incense and tropical fruit. On the palate it is taut, fresh and crisp, with an ultra-fine texture and an impeccable balance between tension and elegance. The finish is long, harmonious and mineral, with precise fruity and floral echoes.

Perfect with raw fish, tuna tartare or shellfish dishes, showcasing its freshness and finesse at their best.
