Description

Friuli Colli Orientali Sauvignon from the Myò selection of Zorzettig comes from company vineyards located in the lower part of the hill, in the Pavia area of Spessa.

It is produced with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested entirely by hand in the first ten days of September. After a short maceration at low temperatures, fermentation takes place in steel tanks for 12 days, at a temperature of maximum 17 ° C.

Zorzettig's Sauvignon Myò has a bright yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of tropical fruit, including mango and passion fruit, enriched with pleasant hints of sage and yellow peach. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, with a very long and savory finish in which the typical notes of the variety are strongly felt.

This white wine is perfect to accompany white meat or vegetable dishes.
