Description
Tenuta Pinni's Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso was born in the territory of western Friuli.
It is produced exclusively with Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso grapes, grown and selected with great care, which are left to macerate for 12 days at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes refinement in French oak barrels for 12 months, to enhance its elegance.
This wine is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose has pleasant fruity hints with notes of plum and hazelnuts. It is a very typical, warm wine with an interesting acidity.
Ideal in combination with red and white and roasted meats, it goes very well with hard cheeses.
