Garda DOC Classico Chiaretto Molmenti 2013 Costaripa

The Garda Classico Chiaretto Molmenti di Costaripa was born in the vineyards located in the heart of Garda Classico. This wine is dedicated to Pompeo Gherardo Molmenti, creator of Chiaretto di Moniga in 1896.

It is produced with Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera grapes. Teardrop vinification and barrel fermentation allow us to offer a classic Chiaretto of particular character and longevity. After the harvest, the wine ages for about a year before being bottled.

Molmenti is characterized by a light pink color, with peach reflections. The wine has a wide bouquet, with hints of sweet white flowers, enriched with pleasant aromas of red berry fruits and light vanilla notes. On the palate it is enveloping, broad and complex, with a slight aftertaste of bitter almonds. The wine has a perfect balance between flavor and persistence.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with aperitifs and white meats.
