Description
Garda Corvina Doc Cottini Stile Naturale is an interesting expression of Corvina from organic grapes.
The Cottini company highlights all the characteristics of this Venetian red thanks to an aging in steel only for about 4 months.
Fruity on the nose with hints of cherry and morello cherry, this red has pleasant spicy hints. In the mouth it is silky and velvety, and embraces the palate with a warm and light sensation like cashmere.
A perfect red for a tasting of soft cheeses, cured meats and grilled meats.
