Description
The most traditional Gavi produced by La Scolca is produced only from Cortese grapes harvested in the "Grand Cru" of Rovereto. Made in full respect of a centuries-old tradition, this wine reflects the purest essence of Gavi.
It has a pale straw yellow color on the nose. The nose is characteristic, typical and fine, pleasantly fresh. On the palate it is delicate and dry, characterized by a rather pronounced acidic vein.
Suitable to accompany appetizers and recipes based on fish and seafood, it is perfect on oysters but does not even disdain white meats or vegetable savory pies.
