Description

The red wine of Ca 'Nova is born in vineyards located in the north of Piedmont, in the municipality of Ghemme.

It is produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, which after vinification refine at least 18 months in oak barrels and at least 24 months in the bottle.

It is characterized by a ruby red color with garnet shades. The nose opens with aromas of violet, morello cherry, tobacco leaves and balsamic notes. The taste is fresh and soft, with delicate tannins and good persistence.

Perfect as an accompaniment to red meats and game, both roasted and stewed, as well as with aged cheeses.
