Pure Gin Engine

Gin Engine is a London Dry Gin produced in Alta Langa and bottled by hand.

Made entirely from Italian ingredients, this gin is inspired by Rosolio, a famous cordial composed of sage and lemon. A gin able to combine the straightforwardness of its recognizable aesthetic with a careful selection of herbs, fruits, and roots such as sage, lemon, licorice root, damascan rose, essential oils, and juniper.

Crystal clear in color, it presents direct aromas of sage and medicinal herbs on the nose, underpinned by the sharpness of lemon zest in the background. On the palate, it is pleasant and compact, providing a clean sip carried by notes of licorice and juniper with hints of lemon and dried sage. The finish is long-lasting and very refreshing.

Definitely to be enjoyed with ice or tonic water.
