Description
Old Tom Gin is produced by Broken Bones Distillery, a distillery in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
"Old Tom Gin" is a style of gin characterized by the addition of a small percentage of honey or sugar, in this case lime honey. Among the botanicals we find dog rose and lime, as well as spices such as coriander and cardamom.
It has a soft and pleasant flavour, in which the sweet notes of lime honey mix with the balsamic note of juniper.
It can be enjoyed both alone and used in mixology.
