Description

Glenmorangie's Quinta Ruban is a darker and more intense Scotch whiskey from the range, which initially matures in American ex-bourbon oak barrels for 10 years and for another 2 years in 534 L barrels called "pipes" which previously they contained a selection of Porto coming directly from the Portuguese Quintas.

Whiskey with an intense amber color, releases vigorous notes of mint chocolate on the nose, embellished with delicate aromas of Seville mandarins and oranges, followed by hints of sandalwood, walnuts, pepper and nutmeg. The taste reveals soft and velvety, with returns of citrus and rose but also of mint chocolate that persists long after the last sip.

Excellent cocktail whiskey, it can be served ideally on ice cubes, completely smooth or by adding a few drops of water to enhance its aromatic component.
