Description

Animated with the same daring spirit that characterizes the government of the fierce queen Daenerys Targaryen, this single malt celebrates legendary women and their unwavering perseverance. The Cardhu distillery was founded by two revolutionary women at the time, Helen Cumming and her daughter-in-law Elizabeth in the 19th century, when the whiskey industry was almost entirely in the hands of men.

The golden amber color acquires intensity on the nose with soft honey aromas and a delicate hint of toasted oak. A beginning of baked apple with aromatic spices opens to the nose and then reveals an intense caramel character on the palate with hints of cloves, red apple and delicate walnut

It is best enjoyed served simply cold or with ice.
