Description

Cask Strength version of the Riserva Antica Cuvée di Nonino grappa bottled directly from the barrel, consists of a blend of grappas obtained from fresh Cabernet, Merlot and Schioppettino pomace that ages from 5 to 20 years in Limousin, Nevers, Grésigne barriques and in small barrels ex-Sherry under seal and strict control by the Customs and Monopolies Agency.

In the glass it has an elegant bright amber color. The bouquet opens on refined aromas reminiscent of pastry, cherry and chocolate. The entrance on the palate is rich and velvety, of great charm, in which the sensations perceived on the nose return to which are added characteristic hints of apricot, vanilla and almond.

Excellent to sip neat in a moment of relaxation, especially if accompanied by a good cigar. Try it with the addition of a few drops of water in order to enhance the aromatic component.
